Return & Exchange Policy
Welcome to the return policy section. Dear customer when you receive the product please open and check your products in front of the delivery man, If your product is damaged, defective, or delivered the wrong product, at the time of delivery, please raise a return request to the delivery man and also capture a picture of the products with the cash memo and inform our BLOOM page by message. We will check this issue and we will contact you also your damaged products will be exchanged as soon as possible.
If you do not follow these instructions you can not return your products. BLOOM Company will not receive your products.
